We accept returns within 30 days of your item's delivery. To qualify for a return  should be returned unused, in its original condition item. For returns and exchanges, kindly reach out to our support team at info@grayne.eu. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and they are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
